Can you provide support and companionship to an older lady in these isolating times? This lovely home is in Stubbington, Portsmouth.
It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home. The current homeowner is a very friendly lady in her 80’s, living with Alzheimer’s. She loves gardening, crafts and was previously a hairdresser.
She is looking for some companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can help to prepare and share evening meals, help with some light household chores, offer some companionship and enjoy the company of her cat!
The ideal sharer will be A FEMALE who has some experience of Dementia. They should enjoy chatting, cooking and have a positive and outgoing personality. They can be working full or part time, or working from home, but have time during their evenings to offer some support.
The sharer has a double room with lots of storage and a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use the rest of the home including the kitchen, lounge and beautiful garden.
